How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders typically take up to 3 days to be processed before they are shipped – excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirming of your purchase with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Why my tracking number says NO FOUND ?

Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to start showing some updates, please wait 2-3 days before checking your order with the tracking number provided by us.


How long will it be before i receive my order?

Shipping methods orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.

Delivery time to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Switerland, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Turkey, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Israel, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico : 10 - 15 business days 

Delivery time to International: 10 - 20 business days

An order takes 3 weeks on average to be delivered.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.


How do i track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to order lookup to check  order status. you can also reach out to our customer support desk at help@hautesalute.com to ask questions anytime.  


Can i make any change to order/shipping address?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed.  if a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at help@hautesalute.com asap and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises.  

if the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order.  In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.
